Cancers de la vessie et de la prostate: caractérisation d’antigènes tumoraux; études d’anomalies génétiques; évaluation de divers marqueurs tumoraux pour prédire l’évolution des cancers ou leur réponse au traitement (chimiothérapie, radiothérapie ou immunothérapie) par immunohistochimie, hybridation in situ ou RT-PCR ; développement de vaccins thérapeutiques des cancers de la vessie et de la prostate par des méthodes combinant l’immunologie et la biologie moléculaire. Développement d’un modèle animal du cancer de la vessie, impliquant des souris transgéniques portant une mutation à un locus précis et soumises à une carcinogenèse chimique (souris transgéniques).
